Online transcript ordering is now available for students and alumni. This service allows users to order official transcripts via the Web at any time, 24/7. Users can request transcripts be sent to multiple recipients in one online session using any major credit card. The Clearinghouse charges a nominal service fee of $2.25. Transcript ordering can be accessed on the Tacoma Community College Web site at http://www.tacomacc.edu/resourcesforstudents/requestatranscript.aspx or at www.getmytranscript.com.
Advantages of the online service:
Students can check on the status of their request and are sent an automatic notice when the transcript is processed
Students are notified of blocks on their record at the time they process the request.
Their credit card will not be charged until the transcript is sent
The Clearinghouse handles the credit card processing including the notification to students if the card transaction is not authorized.
